I believe that there is always more to learn and to never stop educating yourself. My goal as a trainer is to share my knowledge and love for fitness so that it becomes something that you can practice independently. We may have great intentions of living a healthy lifestyle, but sometimes it's hard to know where to start and where to turn for the right information. Many training programs advertise that they give instant results without even giving a thought that each person is individual and therefore requires an individualized approach to training. Progression is key to building a good base so that your body can gradually adjust to the demands you are placing onto it. When you follow my program, there is no such thing as a quick fix or any specific end date. I want the program to be a starting point or a continuation in your journey towards making a healthy lifestyle a habit, and to emphasize the life long benefits exercise has on your body as a whole! Allow me to help you find a program that works with your body, schedule, and surrounding environment to get a great workout wherever you are.
Hello and WELCOME! I would love to help you get on your road to living a healthier lifestyle, but first there is a few things you should know about me! I'm orginally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where being active and taking part in outdoor activities was always a huge part of my life. Growing up I loved figure skating, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, paddleboarding, and playing sand volleyball. I have always enjoyed being active and also had a great interest in nutrition and how to properly fuel my body. When it was time for me to start college, I chose to invest my time into something I am truly interested in and four years later graduated from Michigan Tech University with a degree in Exercise Science. After graduating, I moved to Ithaca, NY and got my true start in my personal training/strength and conditioning career. I am currently living in gorgeous Estero, FL and working out of two different private gyms in the area!
