High Intensity Interval Training

  • HIIT benefits:

    • You will burn more fat calories during HIIT compared to steady state cardio in half the amount of time (i.e. jogging for one hour at the same speed and intensity).

    • Improve core strength and stability

    • Improve muscular endurance and explosiveness

    • You will continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours post-workout

    • Boost metabolism

    • Your program may contain “Cardio Bursts” between accessory movements. The purpose of these is to spike your heart rate.
