Banana Chia Power Smoothie

โ๏ธ8 oz. of unsweetened almond milk โ๏ธa handful of strawberries โ๏ธone banana (pro tip: frozen bananas make for a better consistency) โ๏ธ1/4 cup of rolled oats โ๏ธ2 medjool dates โ๏ธ2 tbsp chia seeds โ๏ธa dash of cinnamon โ๏ธtop with a ice The best part ๐๐ปfrom start to finish this takes just a few minutes making it great for those on the GO๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐๐ป This also tastes great with added almond butter, your favorite protein, or some greens ๐ฑ
