Banana Chia Power Smoothie

This has been my go to smoothie lately 🙌🏻:

✔️8 oz. of unsweetened almond milk ✔️a handful of strawberries ✔️one banana (pro tip: frozen bananas make for a better consistency) ✔️1/4 cup of rolled oats ✔️2 medjool dates ✔️2 tbsp chia seeds ✔️a dash of cinnamon ✔️top with a ice The best part 👉🏻from start to finish this takes just a few minutes making it great for those on the GO🏃🏼‍♀️👈🏻 This also tastes great with added almond butter, your favorite protein, or some greens 🌱
