Banana Chia Power Smoothie

This has been my go to smoothie lately ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป:

โœ”๏ธ8 oz. of unsweetened almond milk โœ”๏ธa handful of strawberries โœ”๏ธone banana (pro tip: frozen bananas make for a better consistency) โœ”๏ธ1/4 cup of rolled oats โœ”๏ธ2 medjool dates โœ”๏ธ2 tbsp chia seeds โœ”๏ธa dash of cinnamon โœ”๏ธtop with a ice The best part ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿปfrom start to finish this takes just a few minutes making it great for those on the GO๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿป This also tastes great with added almond butter, your favorite protein, or some greens ๐ŸŒฑ
